Highly skilled at collaborating with stakeholders, multiple agencies, and decision-makers to create successful systemic procedures in a diverse contingency environment. Great cultural awareness from extensive international travel to 20 countries on 4 continents, with communication skills that excel to clearly converse and effectively train staff, vendors, and customers.

Manage FEMA’s National Continuity Training Programs to address the full spectrum of requirements to support a viable continuity capability. Assist students at all levels, from individuals new to the continuity community to program managers who have been involved with continuity for many years. Help students to develop and enhance their continuity knowledge and expertise.

Manage the Continuity Excellence Series – Professional & Master Practitioner Continuity Programs. Develop, update and implement the Continuity Excellence Series – Level I, Professional Continuity Practitioner and Level II, Master Continuity Practitioner programs to help build a corps of highly qualified Continuity personnel throughout the private sector, federal government and among our partners at all levels of government.
